We have references, liability insurance, and specialize in quick service to limit interruption to your daily life. We understand how personal house cleaning is and we respect the privacy of our clients. We have over 10 years of experience and clients patronage of 8+ years before we changed business structure to a Partnership. We partner with independent contractors whom work side by side with us over the last few years. We have limited availability for weekly & biweekly residential home cleanings. Policy & Processes

Detailed cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, finished attics/basements, and additional floors. We provide additional services such as white eraser, interior refrigerator, exterior windows, degreasing oven/hoods, shades, and linen services (additional charges apply). Minimum bi-weekly/weekly rate $150 for approximately 1500 square foot home (client to provide paper towel roll & trash bags for each cleaning). 48-hour cancellation policy ($100 cancelation fee for less than 48-hour notice). Least amount of clutter possible (we will organize if needed $100/hour additional). No guaranteed fixed schedules for grandfathered monthly clients.
